Modules

Six modules, roughly seven hours of study plus template work.

1. Situation framing

Classify the concern type, stakeholders, and urgency without catastrophizing language.

2. Timeline & evidence hygiene

Build the dated record, handle screenshots carefully, and store notes privately.

3. Internal channel map

Read handbook clauses, identify intake owners, and test mailbox routing myths.

4. Manager intake posture

Listen, document, escalate; avoid identity leaks in open chat tools.

5. External thresholds

When internal routes stall or are inappropriate; how to prepare a clean handoff.

6. Aftercare & retaliation watch

Track downstream treatment, preserve correspondence, and know when to pause and seek counsel.

Learner notes

Module 3 forced me to open the actual employee handbook instead of relying on Slack folklore. Slow, useful.

— Jonas, Berlin

I wanted a magic script for external filing. The course refuses that shortcut—and that honesty saved me from sending a half-baked letter.

FAQ

Is this legal advice?

No. Workplace Reporting Pathways is educational employment consultation content. For binding advice under German law, engage a licensed attorney or appropriate advisor.

How long do I keep access?

Self-paced access is listed for twelve months from activation. Cohort call seats are scheduled separately.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not cover sector-specific regulatory regimes in depth (for example, banking supervisory reporting). If your industry has specialized mandatory reporting, you will still need specialists familiar with that regime. The course also cannot assess the strength of your evidence or predict investigation outcomes.

Can my employer purchase seats?

Yes. Contact us for group pricing and workshop formats. Informational rates start from the Pathway Studio figure on the pricing page.
